1.    Analyze, design, implement, test and deploy new services & Syriatel systems.
2.    Develop new system with needed & approved SRS (Software requirement specifications).
3.    Develop new modules on LunaNova.
4.    Implement any protocol used by platforms when needed by BSS systems.
5.    Integrate services channels, external parties and Syriatel systems with BSS systems.
6.    Develop services and systems monitoring processes (such as alarms, reports).
7.    Generate reports related to business need controls such as error and refund reports.
8.    Perform daily checks to ensure that all the services and relevant systems are functioning properly.
9.    Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures and provide feedback about actions applied.
10.    Maintain and update documentation for all applications and resources in the integration section. 
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
