We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to establish and lead our HR function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement all HR processes, policies, and systems for a fast-growing international company in the medical tourism sector.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives, while ensuring a consistent and professional employee experience across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks from scratch.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.

• Design and oversee talent acquisition processes to attract top talent across different geographies.

• Implement compensation, benefits, and payroll structures in coordination with finance.

• Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and compliance with local labor laws.

• Build and maintain a strong company culture aligned with our values.

• Act as a trusted partner to employees, handling employee relations and conflict resolution with professionalism.

• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

• Establish HR systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
