We are seeking a bilingual (English and Arabic) HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and help ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital formats).
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist with performance management processes and annual employee evaluations.
• Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in both English and Arabic.
• Support the payroll process by compiling attendance and leave data.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly and complied with, in line with local labor laws.
• Organize training and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Assist in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations in a professional manner.
