Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and review HR, administration, and IT policies and procedures, and propose changes to senior management for approval on an annual basis.

• Develop and review job descriptions and job advertisements.

• Oversee the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.

• Address employee concerns, take the lead in handling and resolving workplace issues, and foster a positive work environment.

• Manage payroll administration, benefit enrollment, and leave policies.

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and buildings, and maintain a functional work environment.

• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

• Supervise the work of the Administration team and provision of day-to-day admin services.

• Ensure the proper distribution of all required staff for various services at the required premises and conduct spot checks.

• Ensure proper management of cleaning & buffet materials for all locations, in regard to needs request, inventory management, and consumption.

• Manage all company vehicles’ issues related to purchasing, maintenance, renewing, registration, insurance contracts, and fuel allocation as per related policies and procedures.

• Ensure that the transportation plan of buses and service cars is well implemented.

• Ensure providing security and safety services for employees, visitors, and premises.

• Ensure applying security policies and procedures in emergency cases and crisis in all company locations.

• Oversee all aspects of the organization’s maintenance operations, ensuring the upkeep of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
