Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe conditions or violations.

Ensure compliance with the project HSE Plan and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).

Deliver Toolbox Talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.

Monitor the use of PPE and enforce safety rules across all site activities.

Review and control Work Permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height, Excavation).

Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.

Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of firefighting and first-aid equipment.

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and HSE management on safety requirements.
