- Responsible for run the daily functions of the HR department including all hiring & recruiting process, personnel, social security, employee relations, complaints, evaluation, resignations, payroll & compensations, and for creating, updating and applying all HR policies at the company & to fully utilize skills to achieve the business needs and goals.
