The Hospitality VIP Driver is responsible for providing safe, professional, and premium transportation services to VIP passengers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality travel experience. The role requires excellent customer service, discretion, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
VIP Transportation Service:
- Provide safe and timely transportation for VIP passengers to and from airport terminals, lounges, aircraft, or designated locations
- Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and special requirements
Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to VIP guests
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times
- Anticipate passenger needs and ensure a comfortable journey
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with hospitality teams, airport operations, and security personnel
- Follow assigned schedules and respond promptly to service requests
- Communicate any delays or issues to the supervisor
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to road safety regulations and airport driving rules
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with airport security and operational procedures
Operational Support:
- Support VIP meet-and-assist services when required
- Maintain logs of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle condition
- Ensure timely readiness for scheduled pickups and drop-offs
