We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Ground Operations Staff member to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe passenger experience. The role involves assisting with check-ins, issuing boarding passes, updating the Departure Control System (DCS), handling special passenger needs, and maintaining high standards of service while adhering to all regulatory and company requirements.

Main Duties:

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, document verification, and baggage weight.
• Issue boarding passes, baggage tags, and update passenger details in DCS
• Provide support for special passenger needs (PRM, UM, VIP) while ensuring regulatory compliance with immigration and regulatory authorities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and guide passengers throughout the airport.
• Handle operational matters such as delays, disruptions, and boarding procedures.
• Prepare required pre-flight and post-flight reports and communicate with relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records, follow safety and security procedures, and report any irregularities.
