We are seeking a Team Leader with expertise in managing programming teams for our private Laravel projects. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Git Management: Ability to handle complexities in exporting features from the team using cherry-pick and revert commands. Our main branch relies on a versioning system for tracking progress with testing servers, making merge an unsuitable option most of the time.
- Microservers Methodology: We are shifting towards dividing the program into smaller sections due to its vastness and numerous features. Adopting Microservers Methodology instead of Agile has become unavoidable.
- SQL Optimization: Strong expertise in SQL complexities is required due to the constant need for exporting large reports at optimal speed, fixing damaged data, and performing data push operations, conflict detection, or even dropping existing orders in the operations queue from users.
- High Organizational Skills in Laravel: Ability to enforce the team's use of ControllerServices and ModelRepositories, and all organizational means to the highest degree required.
- Ability to Convert High-Validation Input Processes: Capability to convert input processes requiring high validation and organization into scheduled processes using Laravel Queues, as it has become an urgent need (users must track process progress).
- Collaboration with Flutter Developers: Ability to follow up with Flutter developers to use MVC standards in the code, detect excessively nested Widgets, and optimize Dart code.
