• Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and user stories.

• Develop robust and scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.

• Integrate and interact with external APIs, including the ChatGPT API for customer interactions.

• Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security.

• Create and manage databases (e.g., MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB) for storing customer preferences and chat logs.
