Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Lead (Next.js | MERN):

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js/React, Node.js/Nest.js), NoSQL databases (DynamoDB/MongoDB), The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and project management, driving the team's efficiency and ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Execution

• Architectural Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices using Node.js/Nest.js/Express and manage data persistence with DynamoDB/MongoDB.

• Frontend Development: Lead the development of the platform's responsive user interfaces using Next.js and React, ensuring optimal performance, SEO, and accessibility.

• Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, architectural patterns, and performance optimization across the full stack.

Team Leadership & Project Management

• Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

• Project Planning: Translate high-level business requirements and a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) into actionable technical tasks, user stories, and sprints.

• Estimation & Delivery: Provide accurate time estimations for complex features and actively manage development velocity to ensure project deadlines are met and demonstrated ability to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining code quality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to define scope, refine features, and address technical debt.

Required Technical Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior capacity.

• Frontend Expertise: Mastery of React.js and proven experience delivering production applications using the Next.js framework.

• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Node.js and professional experience with a backend framework like Nest.js or Express.

• Database: Proven experience designing and managing scalable data models in DynamoDB and/or MongoDB in a microservices environment.

• API Design: Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL (preferred).

• Authentication: Deep understanding and implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 and secure token management.
