VOID Studio is building Void, a focus app that helps users block distractions and optimize their productivity. We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who can:

 

Turn Figma designs into code: Implement our Dev-Mode specs with pixel-perfect Flutter widgets

 

Integrate and polish animations: Hook up existing ripple, spin, and transition assets so the UI feels alive

 

Enforce clean code practices: Write maintainable, testable Dart using SOLID principles and design patterns

 

Optimize performance: Profile and tune builds to eliminate jank on real devices

 

Implement platform features: Wire up Accessibility Service, Usage Stats, and overlay flows for app blocking

 

Maintain consistency: Centralize theming (colors, typography, spacing) so every screen feels like part of the same Void

 

📑 Desired Candidate Profile

 

Experience: 3+ years in Flutter & Dart, with at least 2 full-production apps launched

 

UI & Animations: Strong track record converting complex designs into code and integrating both implicit & explicit animations

 

Code Quality: Expert in clean architecture, unit/ widget testing, Git workflows and peer code reviews

 

State Management: Deep familiarity with Provider, Riverpod, BLoC or similar

 

Platform Integrations: Hands-on experience with Notification Listener, AccessibilityService, UsageStatsManager or equivalent

 

Performance: Skilled at profiling, memory management, and frame-budget planning

 

Collaborative: Clear communicator who thrives in a small, fast-moving team

 

Nice to Have: Native Android/iOS background, CI/CD setup, or shader experience.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
