What You'll Do:Prepare Reports: Create P&L statements, Cash Flow reports, payroll, and cost reports for two business units weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Manage Cash Flow: Forecast and manage cash flow, maintain CFS reports, and control payment schedules.
Budgeting: Participate in the budgeting process for the group.
Project Involvement: Calculate efficiency and profitability for various projects.
Provide Insights: Prepare analytical information for the CEO and department heads.
Analyze Financial Data: Review financial statements, market trends, and operational costs for insights.
Support Planning: Forecast future revenues and expenses to aid in strategic planning.
Collaborate: Work with different teams, providing financial expertise.
Innovate: Improve financial processes for better efficiency.
Control Expenses: Monitor marketing expenses and reconcile payroll.
Calculate Values: Determine customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Optimize KPIs: Calculate and optimize key performance indicators.
Analyze Revenues and Expenses: Review and analyze all financial transactions.
