About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee and elevate our financial operations. This role is critical to our growth, requiring a professional who can ensure financial health, provide data-driven insights, and build scalable processes to support our expanding operations in the technology sector. You will be the cornerstone of our financial strategy, reporting directly to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.

• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions for profitability and growth.

• Provide insightful reporting on KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, gross margin, burn rate) to guide strategic decision-making.

Accounting & Operations:

• Oversee all aspects of accounting: A/R, A/P, payroll, month-end and year-end close processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with local standards.

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain optimal liquidity.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure full compliance with Syrian tax regulations and statutory financial reporting requirements.

• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Strategic Business Partnership:

• Partner with department heads to manage budgets and improve financial literacy across the company.

• Evaluate financial implications of new projects, investments, and business opportunities.

• Support contract reviews and pricing strategies for client proposals.
