About the Role:

The Finance Director will oversee Paymera’s financial operations, ensuring robust planning, budgeting, and reporting processes aligned with our strategic objectives. The role requires a technology-oriented leader capable of implementing and managing ERP systems and driving digital financial transformation across the organization.

• Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
• Lead the implementation and management of ERP systems or similar financial technology solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow effectively to support operational continuity and strategic investments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, and executive teams to drive financial integration across business processes.
