نسعى لتوظيف محرر فيديو ومصمم موشن أول مبدع وماهر لقيادة إنتاج الفيديوهات القصيرة والطويلة لمنصات السوشيال ميديا والويب. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولًا عن تحويل اللقطات الخام وتسجيلات الورش إلى قصص تعليمية جذابة تتناسب مع جمهور السعودية والإمارات، مع ضمان اتساق بصري وسرد قصصي قوي.

المسؤوليات

1. تحرير فيديوهات قصيرة أسبوعيًا لريلز، تيك توك، ويوتيوب شورتس مع خطافات قوية وترجمة عربية عند الحاجة.

2. إنتاج نسخ طويلة: ملخصات ورش العمل، قصص نجاح، وتريلرات للبرامج.

3. بناء وصيانة نظام موشِن موحد: مقدمات، لوور ثيردز، عناوين متحركة، وإنفوغرافيك.

4. تصحيح الألوان، تثبيت اللقطات، مزج الصوت، وتعريب/تعليق نصي عربي وإنجليزي.

5. إعادة استخدام الويبينارات وتحويلها إلى لقطات تعليمية وإعلانية.

6. التعاون مع المصممين لتحويل Storyboards وعناصر الموشن إلى فيديوهات أنيماتك نهائية.

7. ضمان اتساق بصري في جميع الموشن جرافيك والألوان والخطوط.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer to lead the production of short and long-form video content for social media and online platforms. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage and workshop recordings into engaging, educational stories for audiences in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring visual consistency and strong storytelling.

Responsibilities

1. Edit weekly short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with compelling hooks and Arabic subtitles when needed.

2. Produce long-form content, including workshop summaries, success stories, and program trailers.

3. Build and maintain a unified motion design system: intros, lower-thirds, animated titles, and infographics.

4. Perform color correction, stabilization, sound mixing, and Arabic/English text localization or voice-over.

5. Repurpose webinars into educational and promotional clips.

6. Collaborate with designers to turn storyboards and motion assets into final animated videos.

7. Ensure visual consistency across all motion graphics, colors, and typography.
