To ensure the seamless and strategic operation of the Managing Director’s office by overseeing all administrative, analytical, and coordination activities, both internally and externally. This role provides high-level executive support and acts as a key enabler of decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and operational alignment across UAS’s growing presence in Syria.
The position includes official representation, strategic communication management, planning, reporting, and supporting the Managing Director in driving business transformation and operational excellence.
- Manage the Managing Director’s full executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, organizing business visits, events, and field reviews.
- Prepare business briefs, data summaries, and analytical reports to support strategic decisions and operational planning.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the MD’s office and internal departments, as well as with external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and official communications to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Oversee the preparation of strategy decks, performance reports, and executive dashboards for internal and regional leadership meetings.
- Represent the Managing Director’s office in key meetings and external engagements when delegated.
- Coordinate with corporate communications and marketing for media, branding, and protocol-related requirements.
- Maintain secure, professional archiving of sensitive files, correspondence, and contractual documentation.
- Develop tools, templates, and workflows to improve the operational effectiveness of the executive office.
- Supervise administrative support staff, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure service quality.
- Handle all travel, logistics, and briefing preparations for the MD’s domestic and international trips.
- Monitor market trends, local developments, and aviation-related updates, preparing timely summaries and insights for leadership.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all urgent matters, correspondence, and deliverables aligned with corporate priorities.
