1.    Gather, analyze, and document ERP requirements and develop use case and prototypes, following OUM (Oracle Unified Method) standards and prepare the related documents and GAP analysis.
2.    Design, customize, implement, and extend Oracle e-Business Suites components such as reports, forms, workflows, custom packages, alerts, web pages and integrations etc., to meet customer's needs and requirements.
3.    Contribute and maintain design documentation repository following OUM (oracle Unified methodology) standards.
4.    Prepare Test Plan, the needed test scenarios, and scripts.
5.    Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) following OUM Standards.
6.    Diagnose, resolve and follow up bugs or incidents reported by users.

7.    Explore new features, functions, solutions and data standardization that add values and enhance processes.
8.    Contribute to Unit’s Knowledgebase by logging incident’s diagnosis and resolution.
9.    Communicate with external consultants and suppliers on issues related to EBS, and work as liaison between them and the business owners.
10.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
