We are seeking an experienced ERPNext / Odoo Implementation Lead to manage the full lifecycle of our ERP deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, solid technical understanding, and leadership skills to coordinate between departments, developers, and management. This role will lead process mapping, configuration, data migration, training, and successful go-live of the ERP system.|

1. Project Leadership & Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the ERP across all departments.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate between internal teams, external consultants, and management.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly reports to management.

2. Technical Coordination

• Work with technical teams on customizations, scripts, and integrations.
• Review functional specifications for new modules or features.
• Oversee data migration (master data, opening balances, transactions).
• Support API integrations and third-party system connections.

3. Training, Support & Change Management

• Train end-users on new ERP.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
