Core Purpose of The Job:

Ensures consistent implementation and interpretation of procurement policies and ethical standards. Develops and implements procurement procedures, processes and tools within the assigned area of responsibility. Solve all Purchasing Orders problems. Analyze approved Quotations and evaluate recommend one for the benefit of the company.

 

Task Complexity:

* Make savings on bought commodities by improving overall
  efficiency through reduced costs.
* Ensure right deliveries of the requested items
  (specifications, delivery time and quality).
* Provide support for all divisions when they need procurement
  help.
* Review product history, perform market research and identify
  potential vendors. * Follow up all created purchase orders to be delivered on time.
* Prepare and submit requested reports on time.
* Assure that all POs are with their consolidated supporting
  documentations.
