•    Responsible for the digital products throughout all the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coordinate with developers ensuring that requirements are delivered on time and per expectations
•    Conduct requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, product backlog and user acceptance testing
•    Working with designers, developers and other team members or external service providers to ensure that the product is designed, developed, deployed and launched according to requirements 
•    Support cross-functional implementation product teams
•    Gathering requirements based on market research and feedback from potential users of the product or other stakeholder
•    Communicating product goals and objectives to team members and updating them with the release plan as needed throughout the development process
•    Evaluating products for usability, functionality and security and other aspects based on the accredit evaluation criteria and recommending changes accordingly to improve the overall user experience
•    Responsible for the agile scrum phase’s inputs and outputs and support in the planning and implantation phase
•    Conduct needed research and analyses to launch and develop digital products accordingly 
•    Conduct meetings regularly with merchants’ relations team to collect feedback from merchants for any potential development
•    Support, guide and coordinate with the Technical Support team to collect feedback and fix reported errors and bugs
