What You’ll Do:

1. Utilize advanced analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Mixpanel to deeply understand customer behavior, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and unearth trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions.
2. Employ AI tools and techniques, including state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, using sophisticated prompting strategies to maximize data extraction and analysis efficiency.
3. Develop predictive models and apply statistical methods to forecast outcomes and inform business strategies.
4. Design and implement new websites, applications, and features aimed at attracting new clients and minimizing attrition among existing ones.
5. Participate in data governance activities to ensure compliance with data privacy and safety regulations.
