The Cybersecurity Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's cybersecurity team. The role involves monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. 
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures. 
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures. 
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends. 
• Ensure timely response and resolution of security incidents, coordinating with other IT and business units as needed. 
• Develop and implement threat intelligence programs to proactively identify and mitigate risks. 
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities. 
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of cybersecurity operations to senior management. 
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture. 
• Manage security-related audits and assessments. 
• Work closely with IT, legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to cybersecurity. 
• Act as a cybersecurity advocate within the organization, promoting best practices and security awareness.
