1.    Develop systematic data collection ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methods in order to build reliable data sources for concerned units.
2.    Maintain, cleanse, and optimize data sources to ensure high data integrity and availability.
3.    Initiate Special Analysis Reports and studies that reflect CS Information Analysis points of view.
4.    Provide concerned departments with the requested reports using the latest available techniques.
5.    Gather all the necessary inputs to produce yearly sales and VAS (Value added service) forecast for POS (Point of Service) Unit.
6.    Build, and Develop Business Intelligence Repositories, Dashboard, Analysis, KPIs, Reports and Filters based on business requirements using OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligences Enterprise Edition) and other available tools.
7.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
9.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
