We are looking for a data-driven CRM & HubSpot Specialist to take full ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem. In this role, you will be the bridge between marketing, sales, and client success, ensuring our portal is optimized, our data is clean, and our automation is driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Architecture: Design and maintain the technical structure of HubSpot (CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs) to support business goals.
- Automation & Workflows: Build and manage sophisticated automation for lead scoring, nurturing, internal notifications, and client onboarding.
- Data Integrity: Implement strict data governance protocols to ensure hygiene, manage deduplication, and maintain accurate property mapping.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom dashboards and advanced reports to track KPIs (e.g., MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, and ROI).
- Integration Management: Oversee integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gmail/Outlook, and Slack).
- Lead Lifecycle Strategy: Define and manage lead stages (Subscriber, Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity) to ensure a clear path from first touch to closed-won.
- Lead Scoring Model: Develop and refine predictive lead scoring based on behavioral data (email opens, website visits) and firmographic fit to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Campaign Execution: Build and deploy marketing assets within HubSpot, including landing pages, tracking URLs (UTMs), and automated email drip campaigns.
- Lead Routing: Design and monitor automated "round-robin" or territory-based lead assignment rules to ensure sales follow up with MQLs within established SLAs.
- Database Segmentation: Create dynamic active lists for targeted marketing based on industry, persona, and engagement level to increase conversion rates.
- Attribution Reporting: Manage multi-touch attribution reports to identify which marketing channels and campaigns are generating the highest quality leads.
- Team Enablement: Act as the internal "HubSpot Guru," providing training and documentation to ensure high adoption across all departments.
- Newsletter Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of our recurring newsletters. This includes content curation, layout design, and scheduling.
- Email Marketing Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and send times to maximize open rates and engagement.
- Content Distribution: Repurpose high-performing newsletter content for LinkedIn posts and lead magnets to drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Nurture Sequences: Design automated "Welcome" and "Re-engagement" email sequences that keep our brand top of mind for cold or dormant leads.
- Subscriber Growth: Implement on-site pop-ups, slide-ins, and gated content strategies to consistently grow the newsletter subscriber base.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all outbound marketing communications align with our brand voice, especially when targeting HR professionals and C-suite stakeholders.
