Responsibilities :

Follow up on all assignments from direct supervisor and area manager.

Prepare needed letters.

handle all received complaints and follow up with concerned parties to ensure them resolved completely.

Negotiate with all contracting parties (Private/Gov) to get the best deals and prepare the relevant negotiation reports to get needed approvals.

Coordinate with internal concerned parties (legal, NT, Finance..) to facilitate the department activities.

Follow up on all projects (new sites, DGs, Solar, Relocation ..etc) and provide periodic update as needed.

Escalate problematic cases to the line manger with needed report and documents to make the needed decision and handle them accordingly.
