Responsibilities : 

*Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.

*Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.

*Responsible for alerting the Facilities and Services management of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or may occur.

*Review bill of quantity (BoQ) as work required and specification of materials provided and modify when needed.

*Supervise the operations of variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical functions.

*Coordinate special projects as directed by the Services and Facilities Manager/SM

*Supervise the civil, sanitary and heating..etc... 

*Follow up maintenance request on portal system till closing.

*Check work requested VS. price list item and inform dept. management team.

*Maintain daily inspection and maintenance of company buildings and equipment.

*Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests on field as assigned.

*Conduct needed joint visit with contractor and other requesters.

*Coordinate with CSCs supervisors and other stakeholders for efficient work time plan.

*Prompt response to emergency cases.

*Inform the management regarding all issues on field during execution when it comes to special, VIP or urgent assignment.

*Send clear mail and communication for maintenance work and updates.

*Coordinate with internal team for returned materials and withdraw items from / to warehouse
