Responsibilities : 

*Follow-up buses transporting employees and daily problems of the routes with the company providing the service, coordinating with bus supervisors, and sending a list of employees by the end of the month to human resources.

*Serve company's departments with cars and drivers under MTN car application, in alignment with the transportation procedure.

*Review all invoices and expenses and insert them on portal and issue monthly reports.

*Follow up car accidents and submit monthly accident reports.

*Obtain quotations for different materials and services.

*Check overtime hours for all fleet employees before transferring them to the manger.

*Follow-up shipping of materials, equipment and all departments and governorates requirements.

*Issue car maintenance requests after verifying the validity of the data.

*Organize Diesel missions on a daily basis to ensure moving the trucks in the next day without delay.

*Request and follow up travel orders for all drivers in fleet section.

*follow up all company's cars annual registration and cars customs clearance. 

*Issue payment orders for received invoices and follow them up till settlement.

*Follow up car movement reports on tracking devices on a daily basis and issue weekly report.

*Follow up tracking device malfunctions once appeared and ensure repair.

*Supervise driving test of employees and drivers.

*Deliver and receive cars according to an official form.

*Follow-up modification and updating car data on cars application.
