Core Purpose of The Job:  

• To monitor the purchasing of fixed assets, consumables, services and miscellaneous requests, as well as distribution and deliveries. Seek and develop new sources of supply. Prepare and manage RFP for goods and services as assigned by Purchasing Manager.

• Make savings on bought commodities by improving overall efficiency through reduced costs.
• Ensure right deliveries of the requested items (specifications, delivery time, and quality).
• Provide support for all divisions when they need procurement’s help.
• Review product history, perform market research, and identify potential vendors.
• Follow up all created purchase orders to be delivered on time. Prepare and submit requested reports on time.
• Assure that all POs are with their consolidated supporting documentation.
