1.    Analyze current technologies and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
2.    Work on the tools for automating the workflow of application lifecycle management from code to deployment.
3.    Identify the needed configuration items in order to automate a successful software delivery.
4.    Participate in building and setting up new configuration tools and infrastructure.
5.    Participate in setting the operational requirements needed for application functionality.
6.    Manage several streams of work concurrently.
7.    Work with software developers to ensure that development process follows established process and works as intended.
8.    Ensure that the outputs from software development process always meets the required standards.
9.    Perform incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.
10.    Use Configuration or scripting methodologies to solve problem with a custom workflow.
11.    Stay abreast with latest DevOps technologies, techniques and methods.
12.    Set a mechanism for controlling the changes of software configuration items.
13.    Maintain and update Section’s technical documentations.
14.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
16.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
