We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team, responsible for quantity take-offs, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning, budgeting, and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
    •    Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various construction projects.
    •    Perform cost estimation and prepare detailed pricing schedules and tender documents.
    •    Use AutoCAD to create, modify, and review 2D technical drawings.
    •    Utilize Revit for BIM modeling and extraction of quantities.
    •    Analyze project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    •    Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
    •    Assist in tendering processes, including preparing and reviewing bids.
    •    Monitor project costs and provide cost control recommendations.
    •    Maintain organized records of quantities, costs, and project documentation.

 

Qualifications:
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    •    2–5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
    •    Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation.
    •    Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
    •    Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
    •    Strong analytical and numerical skills.
    •    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    •    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
