Fintech Systems & Architecture

• Oversee the design and development of secure fintech platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
• Manage payment systems, transaction processing, risk controls, and system monitoring.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies that enhance product performance and user experience.

Security, Risk & Compliance

• Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks and data governance policies.
• Ensure protection of sensitive financial and customer data.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and system resilience plans.

Collaboration & Business Alignment

• Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with product, finance, operations, and compliance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for stakeholders.

Performance & Optimization

• Define KPIs to measure system performance, stability, and development efficiency.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and vendor relationships.
• Ensure continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards.
