We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and overall financial strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and business performance analysis while supporting strategic decision-making and evaluating new business opportunities and projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to provide financial insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals and long-term business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to ensure business stability and growth.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead financial planning and business performance reviews across departments.
- Conduct feasibility studies, project evaluations, and financial modeling for new business opportunities and investments.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures.
- Oversee cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on company strategy, expansion plans, and financial risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in financial modeling, project feasibility studies, and strategic business analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems/ERP software.
