Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for processing customer payments accurately and efficiently across both the car showroom and the service center. The role ensures proper billing for vehicle purchases, service repairs, and spare parts, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining financial accuracy in accordance with company policies.

Cashier – Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments for vehicle sales, service center invoices, spare parts, and accessories.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations while ensuring accurate transaction recording in the ERP system.
• Manage daily cash handling, perform cash reconciliations, and prepare routine financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure compliance with company procedures for discounts, refunds, and credit notes.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling billing inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments to ensure accurate billing and complete documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and confidentiality standards.
