1.Meet with the various project stakeholders in order to understand their vision, needs and the expected output from the requested application/system.
2.Analyze BSS (Business Support Systems) existing processes/modules/systems to uncover areas for improvement, and developing optimization strategies and implementing enhancement solutions.
3.Perform requirements analysis and produce written documentation to present to stakeholders such as use cases, user acceptance plans, process flows, functional and specification requirements documents, and others. 
4.Design new BSS processes/modules/systems resulting in system-design document and participate in implementation and development.
5.Convert business needs to clear technical specification and define clear scope of deliverables from different entities to meet the business requirements. 
6.Prepare the RFP (Request for Proposal) for BSS required external systems.
7.Analyze the requested changes on business requirements and define their impacts on various BSS processes/modules/systems. 
8.Ensure that BSS solutions meet business needs and requirements.
9.Produce guidelines and manuals for the BSS Ecosystems.
10.Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11.Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
12.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
