About the Role

We’re looking for a high-potential, communication-driven Business Development Representative who is eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable connecting with new people. This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations, identifying opportunities, and supporting real business growth — not mass outreach. You will work closely with leadership to shape outreach strategies and contribute directly to building Devista’s pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
• Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Initiate and develop conversations with potential clients and partners
• Support outreach campaigns and test new approaches
• Prepare meeting briefs and support sales discussions
• Follow up and move opportunities forward
• Maintain accurate and organized CRM records
