We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development specialist to identify new business opportunities, drive partner acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth across our core product offerings. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our merchant and corporate client network while strengthening Redeemly’s position in the loyalty and gifting market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across key sectors (FMCG, Retail, Service Providers, Marketplaces, etc.)
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and merchants to onboard them onto Redeemly’s platforms (Vouchery, Lucky Code, and Gifty).
• Lead end-to-end business development processes—from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate with Operations team to align with merchant needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and business cases for potential clients.
• Participate in strategic planning to expand Redeemly’s market presence in KSA and the region.
• Monitor performance metrics, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
• Represent Redeemly at events, exhibitions, and business networking opportunities.
• Commercial reporting and analysis to management.
