Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Developer to lead the growth of our digital product portfolio in the government/private sector. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of public-sector challenges with the ability to execute growth strategies. You will be responsible for building business cases, analyzing market opportunities, and forging long-term partnerships with government stakeholders to drive sustainable expansion.
 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Analysis

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities within the public sector.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies and expansion plans aligned with government digital transformation goals.

• Business Cases: Develop and present robust business cases for new digital product opportunities, supported by data-driven insights.

• Financial Modeling: Build financial models to evaluate business viability, calculate ROI, and determine budgets required to finance new initiatives.

Execution & Partnerships

• Deal Management: Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial potential.

• Stakeholder Relations: Research prospective accounts and forge long-term partnerships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with technical, product, and marketing departments to ensure proposals are technically feasible and commercially viable.

• Networking: Represent Apptech Systems at industry conferences, government forums, and networking events to increase brand visibility.

• Performance Monitoring: Set goals for growth initiatives, track KPIs, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
