Job Description:

The Budgeting & Implementation Manager is responsible for managing projects from initial handover through full execution and final delivery.
The role focuses heavily on project implementation and operational control, ensuring that approved budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements are translated into efficient on-site execution.
The position requires full ownership of the project lifecycle, aligning cost control, operational performance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead full project implementation from contract award to final handover (A to Z).
• Translate approved budgets, contracts, and designs into effective execution and operational plans.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Control project costs, cash flow, and expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve timely project delivery.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and contract administration activities.
• Identify implementation risks and cost deviations and apply corrective actions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
