We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Assistant Director to support the overall leadership, management, and growth of our Human Resources agency. This role involves collaborating with the Director to implement HR strategies, oversee client service delivery, manage internal teams, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and brings a deep understanding of HR functions, compliance, and team management

Strategic & Operational Support

• Work closely with the Director to implement and monitor the agency’s business and HR strategy.
• Assist in setting organizational goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Represent the agency in meetings, client briefings, or external events as needed.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise department leads, HR consultants, recruiters, and support staff.
• Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Oversee staff training, professional development, and internal succession planning.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new internal team members.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Act as a point of escalation for client concerns or complex HR cases.
• Ensure clients receive high-quality HR consulting and talent management services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external partners.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.
