You will be at the forefront of integrating AI and ML into procurement workflows, focusing on building intelligent solutions that solve real-world customer problems.
1. AI/ML Development & Deployment
● Design and implement production-ready AI/ML models that enhance core procurement processes, from supplier matching to risk assessment.
● Develop solutions utilizing the latest Large Language Model (LLM) and deep learning techniques to create tangible customer value.
● Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to provide accurate, contextual, and grounded responses to user queries.
● Create robust algorithms for advanced pattern recognition and process automation within complex procurement workflows.
2. Technical Leadership & MLOps
● Ensure all AI solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable within our existing microservice architecture.
● Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance optimization, ensuring the model's performance meets business requirements.
● Provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI/ML best practices to other engineers at Penny.
● Own the solution lifecycle from concept and data preparation through to final deployment and monitoring.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner closely with Product teams to identify the highest-value opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
● Collaborate with Data teams to ensure high-quality training data, feature engineering, and labeling processes.
● Work with UX teams to translate complex models into intuitive, AI-powered user experiences.
