Responsibilities:

1. Engage in effective communication with potential clients to comprehensively grasp project requirements.
   
2. Prepare and advance architectural studies throughout various project stages, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.

3. Collaborate and coordinate closely with diverse engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.

4. Develop and review operational details and technical specifications to meet project specifications.

5. Showcase projects with advanced visualizations, utilizing techniques such as Rendering, Visualization, Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR).

6. Analyze project contract documents, including schedules, project design drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and more.
