Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.

Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal design teams, MEP and structural engineers, and the architect of record to maintain alignment and smooth project progression.

Quality Control: Support the review of Schematic Design (SD) packages and oversee updates based on internal and external feedback during SD and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.

Regulatory Submissions: Facilitate and manage submissions to relevant authorities, track comments, and ensure revisions are addressed in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, team leads, and external consultants to ensure expectations, design direction, and compliance standards are consistently met.
