Overview of the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect Designer/ Interior Designer to join our team. This role involves developing detailed architectural plans, designing functional and inspiring environments, and utilizing advanced software to create captivating 3D models and visual representations of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, along with strong skills in project management, interior decoration, and structural design.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Create innovative and visually compelling architectural designs using specialized software, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Develop concepts that harmonize aesthetics and functionality across various architectural and interior spaces.
- Detailed Drawings and Documentation: Produce precise architectural drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, and sections, to represent the design intent accurately. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications and reports, ensuring consistent support for project development and compliance.
- 3D Modeling and Visualization: Use 3D modeling software to develop detailed visual representations of projects, including immersive renderings for interior and exterior shots. This enhances client presentations by allowing them to visualize the project before construction begins.
- Team Collaboration and Project Integration: Collaborate closely with team members to incorporate diverse aspects of design, such as structural and interior elements, into cohesive project plans. Work together to ensure that projects are feasible, functional, and meet high standards of quality.
- Design Documentation and BIM Integration: Prepare thorough design documentation, including shop drawings, specifications, and reports. Use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create accurate and comprehensive 3D project models, which help identify potential issues early in the process, reducing unexpected costs and delays.
