We are currently seeking a talented Architect to join our team and contribute to architectural projects across the GCC region.
This role is ideal for a highly capable architect with strong design skills, technical knowledge, and experience working on projects that require compliance with GCC construction regulations and design standards.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Above-average architectural design and technical detailing skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural work.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or similar projects.
- Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and design standards across GCC countries.
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
- Candidates may be based in Lebanon, Syria, or other locations, provided they can effectively support GCC-based projects remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and technical drawings.
- Produce high-quality design presentations and project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable GCC regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Manage project deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.
