The Airport Supervisor is responsible for managing daily airport operations, ensuring efficient handling of flights, passengers, and ground services. This includes coordinating with airport stakeholders, complying with safety and security regulations, and collaborating internally to meet operational goals. The role is key to providing excellent customer experiences for passengers and flight crews while maintaining safe airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Airport Operations

• Manage daily airport activities, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulations.
• Coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures, fueling, and ground services.

Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver top-notch service to passengers and flight crews.
• Address and resolve customer requests and issues promptly.

Safety & Security Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and TSA regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and emergency readiness checks.

Coordination with Airport Stakeholders

• Liaise with air traffic control, ground handling, and security teams.
• Ensure ground services meet standards.

Collaboration with Internal Departments

• Work with operations to align flight schedules and logistics.
• Communicate changes or issues to internal teams for effective service delivery.

Logistics & Special Arrangements

• Coordinate catering, transportation, and special services.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed operational records and logs.
• Submit regular reports on airport operations and performance.

Equipment & Facility Oversight

• Ensure the maintenance and readiness of airport equipment and facilities.
