Key Responsibilities
•    Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks through automation
•    Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as n8n, ChatGPT, and custom scripting
•    Develop and maintain chatbots, automated workflows, and data collection scripts
•    Perform basic web scraping to gather external data for operational insights
•    Integrate automation systems with existing platforms and databases using APIs and webhooks
•    Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation pipelines for reliability and performance
•    Collaborate with teams across departments to understand needs and deliver practical automation solutions
•    Document processes and provide training or support to non-technical users
