Core Purpose of The Job:

Provide IT support related to IT HW and SW in Aleppo and Middle/Northern region.

Task Complexity:

*Support the corporate employees in solving all problem related to computers, laptops, and printers (HW and SW).

*Install IT peripheral devices that connect to computers and Laptops. (printers, scanners, multi-function devices, and Faxes).

*Configure and install operating systems and all standard software applications for all corporate computers and laptops.

*Carry out IT related works in the implementation of new locations.
Carry out IT related works needed from different IT Infrastructure sections and units.
Apply the corrective and preventive maintenance procedures.
Support the corporate internal and external activates in all IT related issues.

*Train the corporate employees in all standard software and applications.

*Initiate and escalate needed job procedure.

*Prepare progress reporting and other statistical reports.

*Document procedures.
