Job Summary:  
Coordinate all IT Asset transactions, changes and incidents and provide reports periodically for higher management

Task Complexity:

Register all Asset transactions and swaps between sites.

Generate a periodically based reports for higher management including KPI's, performance management for all IT units .

Follow up IT changes procedures with CAB members , to ensure every change.

Log all Information technology systems incidents .

Possess significant technical knowledge of IT related hardware and peripherals.

Research equipment and make recommendations on manufacturers and product versions to help drive hardware standards across the environment.

Updates asset databases tracking life cycle of all assets.

Good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate processes and tools – attention to detail is a must.

Co-ordinate hared ware Maintenance with MTN TS team and external suppliers in order top provide the best quality- timing  VS price for all Assets .

Co-ordinate with Concerned IT teams and warehouse representative for old and malfunctioned hardware disposal process.
