Job Summary :

"Install and validate new shipments (CRs and system modifications) for all Charging related systems.
Provide documentation, process flow charts, of all new products with full training to other parties within the CSD department.
Implement, Test ,launch new services, products, promotions and roaming agreements.
Control, optimize and tune Charging related processes."

Key Responsiblities:

* Design, implement ,validate the new shipments based on new marketing CRs (new services, new offers, new rate plans, new products, new roaming agreements etc.), in addition to test and monitor them before/after launching.
* Design, implement, validate new modifications on CSD systems based on requests from IT/finance/other teams, in addition to test and monitor them before/after launching.
* Generate the regular invoices, 4 times per month based on quarter.
* Apply modification on the scheduled SDR.
* Improve the behavior of our processes and do the needed action to increase their performance.
* Perform SIM ordering (testing new SIM specs, electrical profile, input files generation and output files reception)
* Add controls to monitor our processes to guarantee their quality and do the needed action if needed (optimize, tuning, re-engineer, etc.).
*Prepare documents for all our processes, tasks and any other actions on CSD systems and keep them as references for all team and improve them regularly.
* Coordinate with other teams (CSD Operation teams, Mediation Team, CRM Team, BIS Team, IS Team, ... etc.) for any new configurations or modifications that may on CSD systems and its related systems.
* Contact and coordinate with the vendors (Ericsson , Huawei, ... etc.) regarding any new shipments (installation and validation) for all Charging related systems.
* Full support (including training if needed) to other teams or units in/out the Charging department.
* Adopt an innovative and committed approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles to deliver successfully on times.
* Discover and solve problems earlier on a timely basis to keep the CSD systems up and work smoothly on schedule.
